    • Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted if registered in the USA.
  2. Bitcoin:
    • Payments made using Bitcoin are accepted.
  3. Cash or Money Orders:
    • Cash or money orders must be mailed with order forms or the order number.
    • Make money orders payable to:

    • Important: Money orders addressed to “Rocket Weed Shop” or referencing “Weed” will be returned. Updated payment details must be provided by the customer.
  4. MoneyGram:
    • Electronic MoneyGram payments are accepted.
  • Coupon and Credit Rules
    • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or sales.
    • To redeem seed credits or coupons from a previous order:
      • Place a new order using cash as the payment method.
      • Contact customer support to apply the promised credits or coupons to the new order.
  • Payment Declines
    • Payments that are declined will be reattempted twice a day for two weeks.
    • Customers must confirm a new payment method or request the deletion of the order to stop reattempts.

Delivery & Shipment Policies

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be provided.
  • Loss or damage during transit is not the responsibility of Rocket Weed Shop.
  • Orders for US customers, including all 50 states and US territories, are shipped domestically.
  • Shipments are processed from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
  • Packages usually arrive within 3-7 days after the tracking number is issued. However, delivery times may vary based on the postal carrier.
  • For delays or problems after the package leaves the warehouse:
    • Customers must file a claim with their local mail carrier.
    • Use the following link for USPS claims: USPS Claims.
  • For packages lost in transit or stolen:
    • A Postal Service claim number is required to process a reshipment.
  • For packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:
    • A Postal Service claim number is required for further action.
    • Secondary shipments must include signature verification or an updated address.
