We are unable to provide full refunds. Only the shipping cost may be refunded in certain cases. Once a tracking number is issued, other order fees cannot be refunded. If a return is processed, the package must be returned in its original, unopened condition. After we receive it, a refund minus the shipping fee will be issued.

Refunds for items with tracking numbers are considered only if the package is marked “returned to sender,” is unopened, undamaged and shows no signs of tampering. Once received, a refund, (minus the shipping cost) will be issued.
